Hi . I want to extend my tourist visa after the first 45 days post quarantine. i'm in nakhon ratchasima not bangkok.

I've seen  a list of requirements which id rather get right first time as immigration is supposed to be very busy here at the minute.

They are:

TM7 form

acknowledgement of terms and conditions for permanent residency

Copy of passport bio page, copy of last arrival stamp and TM6

ASQ certificate and reciept issued by the hotel

document for place of residence (i presume this is house contract)

Letter of health insurance.

(maybe a photo???)

Does this sound like a complete list to you guys? I know if you don't get it right then your back the next day currently apparently its very busy atm

I'm actually waiting for work documents to be processed so this is to extend until the various documents are done.

thanks

TM7 form with a 4 X 6 cm photo attached.

Copies of passport photo page, visa, arrival stamp and TM6 departure card.

The will want proof a TM30 form being done by the owner to report your arrival at your residence (no need for a rental agreement.

The will give you any other needed forms to complete.

There is no requirement for you to have health insurance.

because we went through ASQ i think the insurance is needed, to show that your still covered this is a post covid tourist visa extension. 'll ask my landlord about the evidence though im not sure if they will have it.

Insurance is only required if you entered on a special tourist visa (STV). It is not required when entering on a standard tourist visa.
