The confusion bit. is they ask where are you travelling from?  I assume this should be Netherlands?   Then it asked where have you been unto 10 dates before? Assume I put Thailand.  Then it asks flight number so I assume I should put city hopper to Manchester flight number and not the flight number form Thailand to Amsterdam very confusing has anyone here did this form?   this should be correct i think as the form is all about entering the UK . or should just put leave thailand and not mention Amsterdam  as only transit ?????
