NongKhai General Hospital started registering foreigners (60+) for Covid 19 vaccination as of today, 24/5/21

This morning i could register for an appointment for vaccination for covid 19 at the NK General Hospital (old wing!)

Easy way.......enter/walk the drive up 'emergency' lane..........pass screening then turn right .....straight on (25 mtr) visible a counter with Thai text... 

passport or pink card and done (freee of charge)

Is it as stated in subject LINE.  For over 60 only or can under 60 also go, and if so can my maid  Myanmar age 24 go as a walke in . She has Pink card and Passport, with work permit.
