In two and a half decades working in IT, that's the first time I've heard that excuse for shoddy security.  Somebody's packing on the face-saving cream.

Pesky darned "system maintenance"  I  hope they lock it  up for  life.

"Temporary glitch" will soon be repaired with a patch making it a "permanent glitch"

  I wonder who is the Minister responsible for the MOPH?????
