I stand corrected, it does not specify ASQ proof as I had thought. It just says proof of accommodation which I incorrectly assumed to mean ASQ.

  • It is not new. It has been a requirement to enter the country for over a year now.

This is for the Thailand COE requirements, but in my case, the airline is requiring 72 hours from the time of sample collection: 

Please confirm that the date and time of specimen collection (within 72 hours prior to departure from the country of origin) is indicated.
