Special Seating for Vaccinated People

I was at Central Westgate yesterday and I noticed as you come in from the skywalk there was  a large area next to the fountain that was cordoned off with tables and chairs setup. There was a large placard (all in Thai) that seemed to indicate from the graphics that vaccinated people could get their food from the restuarants (logos all listed) and eat it in this area. This is quite interesting....restaurant in dining closed off but if vaccinated you can eat in special 'pen' areas.  There was nobody sitting there at the moment...but we'll see what the deal is in a few days to a week. I also did notice they had sit down individual table seating near the food sellers partioned with plexiglass and folks were eating the food they bought from that area...it seems like skirting the restaurant rules in full swing.
