Hi. Just wanted to ask if I'd be fined for missing out on stamping for my under consideration stamp.

I was supposed to close my stamp on July 6th but I'm only going to do it on Monday (July 12th).

What's a loop stamp and how do you close it?

For my covid extension. I did mine last month and just saw the stamp noting that I'm supposed to go back to CW to get the second stamp on July 6th.

Isn't the OP technically on overstay if his under consideration period was exceeded? Just asking, not saying.

The under consideration stamp allows you stay in the country until your application is approved and the extension is stamped in your passport. The report date is just that it does not end the under consideration period.

You can definitely go back in after the date on the stamp with no problems.  I've done it several times at MTT in Bangkok.  I also explicitly asked about it once and although I can't remember exactly what they said, it was clear that it was no problem at all.

Oh, that would be an Under consideration stamp. As already pointed out, it should be fine, though they might be a bit cranky about it.
