Gmail doesn't work in Android

Featured Replies

My Android phone's Gmail app has no In box. I can send but nothing else.

If I restart the phone, the inbox comes back

This has happened 10 times.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Try reinstalling the latest Gmail app from playstore.

Could be a zillion things, most likely how you've selected to display Inboxes?

Did it ever work acceptably? Then it it started getting wonky recently?

Do you have more than one GMail account?

What does your main Android GMail screen look like? Does it say PRIMARY upper left? If you press on the three horizontal lines, more upper left, what do you see?

Probably something really simple that you accidentally modified.

I think I fixed it by deleting the app history.

Thank you
