I entered thailand on a non-o Single entry visa based on Marriage. The visa expires on the 310721. My Problem im staying in pattaya having my account at terminal 21 with Land and housing bank. The lh Branch is closed til after the lockdown. Hence I cannot get the required bank letter. Thus can I get a covid extension prior to the extension of stay or what should i do??

I am sure you can get the letter at a branch that is open. Try one of the main branches.

Bangkok Bank does mine for my account that is not even in the same province as the branch.

You may have to use main office in Bangkok if no other stand alone facilities.

There are only 3 shown in Chonburi on their website.

A check on google maps street view shows it as a stand alone branch.

Most banks in my area have changed their open hours open 10am close 5pm due to the covid crises

That is for the small branches. The main offices open at 8:30 and close at 3 to 4:30.

Not at all The Main branches of  BB and Krungsri banks in Trat open at 10am.

This notice in Thai on the Bangkok Bank website only mentions closing hours.
