It is not representative of the positivity rate of the general population. There has been pro-Active testing in Pattaya over the last 10 days, with a positivity rate under 4%. Yes, I know: there isn’t enough testing ™️ So where you think other countrys counting positivity rate!? From walk-ins and testing people who are contact to infected one! Only difference is : In other countrys everybody can walk in and get tested!

Popular Post Bkk Brian
This has just been tweeted by WHO Thailand, its data from the 17th Aug but shows the long way still to go for the over 60's. How did Thailand's vaccine plan get to this state leaving them out of the equation until only recently prioritizing them. Only Bangkok has 90% of over 60's vaccinated but thats just the first dose, less than 5% with the second dose. "The graph shows the percentage of the elderly who have received either one or two doses of COVID-19 vaccine in 29 provinces designated as maximum/strict control areas. Please encourage elderly members of your family to get vaccinated as soon as the opportunity arises." https://twitter.com/WHOThailand/status/1430415863929184260 2
