Nice cheap shot. But if you want to go that route, what are you going to tell the families of the 99 percent of those who died from covid? Namely, the unvaccinated?

Sorry for your loss?

Yes.

But they died needlessly as they were encouraged to get vaccinated to be safe from covid and with the impression it was safe and no or little risk.

How would you feel if you talked your loved one or child into getting the vaccine, assuring them it was safe, and telling them they were selfish and a crazy anti vaxer if they refused...then they died?

It is safe with a vanishingly small level of risk.. A minute microscopic level of risk compared to not getting vaccinated. What don't you understand about  that Kaiser Permanente study that examined 6.2 million people who got vaccinated and none of them suffered any serious consequences? We've actually seen lots and lots of videos of people grieving because they didn't push their loved ones to get vaccinated. And obviously that's going to be far more common than anyone who mistakenly believed that there was absolutely zero risk. And stop with the BS of people being told that there is no risk. What medical professional say is that is vanishingly small compared to the risk of being vaccinated. Why is that apparently impossible for you to understand?

Your opinion the statistical equivalent of a financial advisor who tells his clients to invest all their money in lottery tickets because there's a chance that they'll win millions.

If you have recovered from the real virus, you don't need to be vaccinated with the dead virus (Sinovac) or fake virus (Astrazeneca, Pfizer). It's your body that fights the virus and not the vaccine.

It's medical school 101

However, it's good to have a booster shot against the delta variant if you didn't recover from the delta variant but earlier variants. But no current vaccines specifically target delta variant yet.

It is not clear if the natural antibodies will protect against the Delta variant. You body generally creates antibodies for the strain you got infected with.

Tell that to the families of healthy people who died after getting the vaccine.

It would not take long...... how do you wish to address the 4.5 million families who lost their lives to  Covid itself?

Or even the families of those healthy people who felt they did not need or want the vaccine, but ultimately died of Covid.

Meanwhile, research out of Israel suggests that natural immunity is 13 times stronger than vaccinated immunity. Something tells me the Big Pharma Overlords are starting to panic...

That could very well be, however that is completely irrelevant to the question if we should vaccinate or not. Vaccinations PREVENT most hospitalization and almost all deaths. Vaccinated people will most likely still get Covid19 at some point and also develop a natural immunity, but without the adverse effects of becoming critically ill or dying in the process. That's the whole point of those vaccinations. In other words, the combination of those two arguably work the best.

"Even People with a single vaccine dose and who previously recovered from infection seemed to have more protection against Delta than unvaccinated people with natural immunity."

Bear in mind that this study has not been peer reviewed, also they don't take into account all of the asymptotic cases that Covid19 might have. However there will be some truth to the study.

Perhaps if early treatment was allowed that number would be smaller.

For the many, early treatments were experimental... and facilities overwhelmed.

Perhaps and maybes.... if people deny the vaccine, they take the risks.

BANGKOK (NNT) - The Thai government has mandated that COVID-19 patients who have never been vaccinated must receive one dose within three months of getting infected.

She said the Department of Disease Control (DDC) says that COVID-19 patients who have never been vaccinated, or have not completed the two dose course, are both advised to get one dose of any type of COVID-19 vaccine within 1-3 months of the onset of illness.

The field of immunology is being rewritten before our eyes.  Amazing.

So two contradictory statement were made:
Those with Covid-19 are mandated to get the shots...
Those with Covid-19 are advised to get the shots...

Like TV and mainstream $hit media, right ? Keep repeating the BS, this is what they want you to do !

I wouldn't be at all surprised if this comment made sense to you. But to others, not so much.

Science is not the subject here...

Thai authorities are lost.

In that case, the traditionnal way to react is to overdo.

It applies to everything.

The vaccine humiliation was total and burning ?

-Let's order hundreds of millions of doses (today they speak about "200 millions" for 2022.... why not  1 billion ? ????

-some countries started the third dose (Israel)... let's do the same (eventhough only 10 % of the thai population received 2 doses) !

-some countries create a "vaccine passeport" for restaurants... let's do the same (friday)... then no (sunday)... then yes again a few days later (for october 1, for restaurants in dark red provinces)

Overdo. Always.

Further research is showing that those vaccinated are demonstrating heavy viral loads while not exhibiting symptoms. These people are unknowingly becoming super spreaders of the virus.

After one year, we know much more than before. We know the highest risk groups. It seems we should be focused on those groups, and allowing the rest of the population to get back to normal life. Those wishing to be vaccinated have no problem. Those wishing not to be vaccinated should not be forced. We should cease this exercise of making COVID-19 seem like Ebola to the general population.
