Serious question. I'm very ignorant of number of folks that constitutes a village. Guess it varies greatly.

Is 80 people ridiculous guess or much higher.

My wife says theres 400 houses.

At least 4 to 5 people to a house.

Except for the village center where the weekly market occurs

Its spread out fortunately.

There's no such demographic configuration limit  as to what constitutes a moobaan.

Varying greatly - from a couple dozen residents to a couple of thousand.

....and no such thing as an "average" per household/property.

Two to twenty.

So only 3 people in your village with Covid is not too much to worry about.

Talk of the town.

The village next door is in lockdown.

There finally beginning to vaccinate people here.

Extremely poor province Sakon Nakhon.  It won't take much to get out of control.

We're just playing it safe at home.  I'm more worried about my wife who really does 95% of the child care.

I can't have her sick.

Stayed there a few times. @Sakon is one of my favourite hotels. Place has got a nice vibe.

Hopefully they keep it under control and the positive cases make a full recovery. One things for sure, the locals won’t let them go far ????

@Sakon.

I'll have to take a look when I'm in the "City".

Its still a 90 kilometers drive.  We're right on the border of Beung Khan.

It'll be different when they've completed the bridge to Laos.  So much road work as you head North!

Exciting.

Enjoy your weekend.

Yes exciting indeed. Should bring a lot more tourism to the Province.

Cheers. You too.
