Just got my policy through with Roojai. I just want to let you all know a couple of bits that some may not know.

 

1. Great English speaking service. Very helpful and easy to understand.

2. They provided me with the very best quotes, they cut 7,000 baht from my old insurer for 1st class insurance.

3. I took a 3000 baht excess because I would never put in a claim anyway for such a small amount but it helps quite a lot reducing the premium.

4. All documents just arrived today with explanation of my policy.

5. Great system for car inspection which they now do online via an app instead of somebody coming out for a visual inspection.

6. There is an app to download top your phone and view your policy documents anytime.

 

Very happy with them, before you renew check them out and get a quote for your car insurance.

I have just switched to them as well however not quite so enamoured......

 

Texts in Thai and emails all in Thai........ Have been promised English but still waiting I guess due to the Friday holiday and weekend.

I was asked if I wanted hard or soft copy and went the electronic route. 

 

Problem may be I refused the app as not interested in adding  to my phone.
