Bangkok, Thailand (September 2021): Aetna Health Insurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited, Thailand’s largest specialist health services provider/insurer*, launches a new mobile-optimised website which brings its members and potential clients new, easy to use features and enhanced user experience.

Damian Delaney, Managing Director and CEO, Aetna Thailand said: “The first order of business for Aetna Thailand’s digital strategy is to make our public website mobile-friendly. Over 70% of people and partners are using mobile tools to access our services  so this is an important step.”

A few key upgrades to the new site include the revamped responsive design, the addition of an enhanced network search service with a link to Google maps and a click-to-call feature, as well as a new premium calculation service for its health insurance plans.

Aetna’s proactive approach to health and well-being has also led to the creation of a new blog section on the website.

This self-service resource offers on how to maintain holistic wellness content to both members and non-members - from health checks you can do at home and the importance of sleep, to managing stress and mindfulness tips.

Delaney added that, “With mobile devices already an integral part of our daily lives, our new mobile-first website and vHealth app, an award-winning virtual health care platform, are increasingly important elements of our omni-channel offering. Look out for further exciting product developments from us later this year - targeting tech-savvy, health-conscious millennial consumers.”
