bluebluewater
I've been saying for years in addition to these so called pusher boats that they ought to line the banks of the river with the unemployed and school children and hand out canoe paddles and tennis rackets and such and get them to help to move the water down stream. What sort of delay are you seeing between high at the gulf and locally? We have about 6 hours give or take.
