Not so good now in Luang Prabang.  More community cases and the city is totally locked down (again - same 1.5 years ago). Only places allowed to open are fresh markets.  I am stuck in my house living on canned fish and noodles.... (same as my cats!).  Together with my ham radio recent problems is encouraging me to move to another country (not Thailand!).  Ho hum...
