Quit Smoking Android App

Featured Replies

Hi,

I wanted to share with you my experience while trying to quit, a friend of mine recommended me SmokeLess, it's an android app that helps you with your process, it's very helpful since you can count the cigarettes you smoke (if you still do it) and shows statistics and charts about your progress.

Besides there's a nice forum inside the app where you can post your comments in order to encourage other users or read other's posts that will help you a lot.

Good luck everybody, don't be afraid, quitting is hard the first days but with time it gets easier, ths first 3 or 4 days are the worse, so even if it looks impossible right now believe me you'll feel better in a few days...

Looking for a constipation app ...

I think there is only one way to stop smoking.

I woke up one day and thought (after 30+ years).....I don't want to smoke anymore.

Went to the doc, got some Champix. 1 day later and the rest is 13+ years history.

If you really want to quit you will.

You must want to quit.

Otherwise don't bother. I went down that path so many times.

I tried using a quit-smoking app when I was giving it up, and honestly, it made a huge difference. It helped me track how much I was smoking, and seeing the progress on the charts was a big motivator. The forum part was useful too, reading other people's stories and getting support made the whole process feel less lonely. The first few days were the hardest, but once you push through, it really does get easier.
