Anyone have experience of the above, and is it just the UK or everywhere.? 

Never heard of it before but have just been told by someone who had to get it and complete it for travel next week. This is someone who does not normally have problems with forms but who said it was worse than the CoE.

Apparently it is the registration for the account that caused him problems.

Googled it and it has been in play since June, no screams have been heard so it can't be s bad. 

Strange. 

Really easy, you have to complete it within 48hrs of travel but you can start it and go back as often as you like.
