exatly and now just as they were told for months - tourists are not coming

Phuket sandox was a massive failure

Their reopening (not open) cluster is a massive failure (millions didn't come and aren't coming)

How many failures does it take to screw a lightbulb in

At least one 3 star failure. No name required..

Unless a decision is made very quickly and in tablets of stone, tourists are not going to gamble on coming or just wait to see what happens......they will go elsewhere and the Christmas/New Year seaso

Thailand has not re-opened, they simply re-opened airports and most tourist activities outside airport doors come with restrictions.

It is all Thai smoke and mirrors, masked with "new normal". The press is playing the govt's game.

Reckon some true tourists would be shakin' their heads thinkin'...never again.

Just open them job done.

Open real bars and clubs by all means, just keep the brothels, the out of date a go go's, the sex for sale massage places and the bj bars shut. Time the country at least tried to move on from being the sex tourist capital of Asia.

Wont happen , a spokesman for the government has already stressed that maintaining Thai culture is an absolute priority.

You get to go out without a chaperone?...........????

What a bar girl or a lady boy The must be doing it hard to. I'm hanging out to May 22. then it might be back to at less semi " Normal ".

I know people who are afraid to return to Thailand. Afraid of another outbreak and then closure and then can't leave and go home.

Yet another flip flop. Only believe what is announced in the royal gazette because these clowns think that there is merit in making announcements to the press.
