MANILA, Philippines — After posting an average of less than 100 new COVID-19 cases per day in the past week, the National Capital Region (NCR) is now at very low risk classification.

 

In a report released yesterday, the OCTA Research Group said Metro Manila logged an average of 91 new cases of COVID-19 daily from Dec. 6 to 12.

 

According to OCTA fellow Guido David, it was the first time Metro Manila recorded less than 100 cases of COVID-19 per day since March last year.
