The  cancer specialist near the conclusion of the Mail article has the most salient point - stop burying contributing factors or omitting them completely. Most adults can make rational decisions if armed with facts.

The govt in UK obfuscating again doesn't help - nobody is asking for invasions of privacy with regards to names, or even where they live - simple clarity about age and contributing factors. It will leak out anyway and we already know the deceased was in their 70s, so why not treat adults as adults and let us make our own assessments predicated on the facts. Throughout life we manage risks if we are smart, by staying within weight and fitness parameters but as with anything health related, we need facts.

Regardless of any other health condition, vaccination reduces the risks.

The OP provides links to two newspapers each at opposite sides of the political spectrum.

Yet if you had made the effort to read either of them rather than just looking at the headlines you would have noticed this highly relevant line:

"He said the victim died in hospital in Northampton. Because of the information vacuum, there was no way to verify his claims. To add to the confusion, NHS England said last night that the death did not occur there."

So someone is lying and who do you think the most likely liar in this case?  The anonymous caller named "John", or the NHS?   The fact that neither then NHS or the government has released details leads to people making assumptions that go against the narrative e.g:

1. The person was vaccinated.

2. The person was dying of something else anyway.

You completely missed the point I was making.

Would be of no surprise if it were true.

Johnson conveniently needed a headline grabber to divert attention away from his own miserable leadership problems and his own party turning their back on him so was perfect timing.

They said at the last briefing the details would be released at the end of the week so why are they still not in the public domain.
