Planning on a trip 10 days in UK from Bkk, then to Spain for 2 weeks and back to UK for another week before returning to Thailand. Would that be a problem applying for the TP? if it is could you just ignore it and say you have just been to the UK?

From the ‘returning to Thailand’ perspective, no problem at all.... 

 

It was never an issue before under ’Test & Go’ because Spain was within the 63 nations permitted to apply for Test & Go... And its not an issue now with Sandbox applications.

 

Under currently regulations (if vaccinated) your return will need to be an international flight arriving in *Phuket with 7 days Sandbox.

 

(or the Samui / Krabi option - but Phuket is the simplest option)

Thanks, I will not be doing the sandbox back to Bkk and 7 nights in quarantine hotel. I would go to Phuket but no transfer from Bkk

There is no longer a list of allowed countries for a Thailand Pass since there is no longer a test & go option.

But there is the AQ option which must have some rules about countries visited attached to it?

The 7 day quarantine is only for those that have been vaccinated.

The 10 days is for all others.
