I'm filling this out for a 1 year extension of stay based on retirement. It asks what date I arrived in Thailand. What do I put ?  The last entry per the TM6 that is stapled in the passport ? Or is it an older date of some sort for a prior visa or extension ?

For the TM7 I always put the date of my last arrival in Thailand, which would be the date on the last entry stamp in my passport. The instructions for the TM7 should really be clearer about this.

Thanks, that makes sense of course because they are also asking for the TM6 number, but you never know !

That is the date you enter on the TM7 form,
