Samitivej Hospital is in that area and would be able to treat any STD. See either an Infectious Disease specialist or urologist.

For a dedicated STD clinic, google this forum for location of the Red Cross Clinic. I think it is a little further than the location you mentioned but it would be a cheaper than Samitivej and it has a good reputation.

Another advantage of not going to major hospitals is that ID is not always required- it's not something that a local here would want on their records in such a place (unless you really believe they care about document privacy).

In STD-land I recommend going to the smallest, cheapest polyclinic available. Save money and less beaurocratic hassle. Best experience was in Nong Khai ... doc just asked me a few questions and prescribed the medication (Cravit) for NSU. No examination necessary! Of course they know what's around, and what's zapping it. End of story. And next time I'll just go straight to the pharmacy!
