Overstay cause by closed immigration office Chaiyaphum

Featured Replies

My "under consideration date" for NON O marriage is JANUARI, 30

Today I went to the New immigration office of Chaiyaphum and it was closed because of COFID-19.

Someone there told me to come back Februari 2.

I am official in "overtime" for normal police officers. What should i do to avoid problems?

I have hotel bookings for Februari 9 and have to pay if not cancel on time, what to do if the office still closed?

It is okay to be a few days late to close the under consideration stamp with the official extension stamp.

Just don't get into trouble after January 30th, until you officialize your under consideration stamp.

I think you will be fine.

Rule number 1: never go a day later if there are things so important like that

Why?... Did I say something wrong?.....????

If someone gives you problems over the overdue return on the under consideration stamp, just ask them to call Chaiyaphum Immigration who can explain better than you can why you have done nothing wrong. Go back next Wednesday as they told you to. Do not worry.

You aren't on "overstay", it's just a "report back" date.

Regular police officers aren't interested in your permission to stay anyway, because they don't understand it.

Any immigration police officer would understand that you aren't on overstay. In the worst case tell them to call Chaiyaphum immigration.

You do not go on on a overstay after the report back date. The under consideration stamp allows you to stay in the country until your extension is approved.

The report back date is just that and is the estimated date they expect your application to be approved.

They will probably be open on Monday.

When they close offices due to coiid 19 it is normally just for a clearing  and disinfection of the office.
