Hi folks - can you please assist. I arrived on a Tourist Visa into Bangkok for 7 day quarantine on 22nd October last year.  I have been to Immigration and got the 30 day extension. I've since moved to a Non Imm-O for the purposes of the Retirement Permission To Stay 12 month which I'll progress in a few weeks once my 45 days of being on the Non Imm-O have elapsed.

My question is, when do I need to start the 90 day reporting? I perhaps niavely thought it would be 90 days after the 30 day extension but it came up in conversation last night and my friends thought otherwise!

As of today, I will have been in Thailand for 101 days! Have I just cost myself a few 1000 THB in fines........any assistance would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Your first 90 day report will be due 90 days from the day you apply for your one year extension of stay.

Brilliant Ubonjoe - thank you for clarifying. Much appreciated once again.

They will also staple a piece of paper in your passport then, telling you when it's due.

Some offices do some don't.
