Popular Post lkn
Crypto-tech giant? More like how a population of people with few means and lost revenue from tourism are turning to gambling or other “get rich quick” schemes to try and improve their situation: We have seen similar many times before, often in developing countries with a less educated population. P.S. there is a crypto forum, why don’t you post there? Those with an interest in crypto can follow that forum. If I posted fluff pieces about Herbalife or Amway ever other day in this forum, I am quite sure moderators would eventually start to notice and take action. I wish moderators would do this for crypto, move all that <deleted> to the crypto forum! 14

Why not apply for a job as moderator, then you can ban all crypto-related posts because you missed the boat. 1 3 3

As the OP stated this forum is about business and the video is about business, albeit with an emphasis about crypto. Give credit to Thailand and the dynamic, bright businesspeople in the video, rather than in which forum it has been posted. Forum is not just for the 'you know how many of us feels....' You don't have to read the post or open the video. 3 1

Stocky
Quote crypto tech-giant! Hardly, it's just gives Thais a legal form of gambling (currently). One the government can attempt to tax under a veneer of it being 'Tech', and still let them crack down on old fashioned gambling dens that they can't tax. . Popular Post Caldera
Thailand has done quite well, I'd say. This is obviously a nice success story to bash for the negativity crowd on here, who tend to be just as anti-crypto as they're anti-Thai. BitKub, in particular, has been great to watch, both the big story with all the obstacles faced along the way and from my own perspective as a user. 1 1 1

I really think it is sad how some are so against crypto adoption. They are fighting a losing battle, like the Luddites were when the destroyed modern machinery in 1810. I really can't see what they have against digitalization. It is because they don't know how to buy it? What is annoying is the people who repeatedly post empty fluff pieces trying to get us all to put our money into this negative sum game with their FOMO rhetoric, unproven claims of 15% inflation, repeated references to us being old, being bitter about having missed the boat, or just not getting it, and yet when trying to have a real discussion about pros and cons, the response is generally just that some influencer is now invested, so clearly it’s all great and legit… Anyway, time to use the ignore list. 3
