Hi.

My first 90 day reporting is March 10,2022.

I exit Thailand for U.S. on March 29 2022.

Do I still have to do a 90 day on March 10th?

If I don't will I get fined.

If you will be returning to Thailand it would be best to do the report before leaving. 

If not then their is nothing to worry about since airport immigration does not check for current 90 day reports.

OP, you have plenty of time.

If immigration is handy drop in or do it via mail.

No issue at airport on departure but personally I would opt to do it.
