I have a tiny pilar cyst (size of a pea) on my upper forhead which I want removed. Does anyone have a recommendation for a skilled doctor ( Bangkok) who might manage to leave minimally scarring. 

What you seem to want is a plastic surgeon and price will be much higher for that.  If use a general surgeon the cost would be much less (and suspect not much scar for that size).  I have paid 25 or 30 thousand for skin cancer removals using plastic surgeon (but these are rather large areas to insure all cancer removed) - as for scars still have some even with such surgeons.  Sorry can not help with specifics but am sure someone will reply shortly.
