Please assist 

Next week Tuesday is my 90th day since arriving in Thailand 

i entered with the 30day visa exemption and now I’ve extended twice for my stay

- I came to immigration today and they told me that tourist visa does not do 90 day notification, only if you have a non imm visa 

 

is this true ? 

Mass confusion , I don’t want to get fined 

Most immigration offices do not enforce the 90 day reporting for tourist visa and visa exempt entries. They consider the extensions you have to get to stay longer equal to doing one.

I was in the same situation last year in CM. I posted a 90 day report off just in case. It was returned with a very polite handwritten note saying that it was not required. Thought it was a nice touch.

Out of interest....how did you obtain two extensions. 

You had a 30 day extension followed by covid extension? 

 

No need for 90 day report.
