Pain on the right hand side back of Head

Last few days having pain on right hand side back of head. It comes and goes. Do not understand what that ? Please advice and recommend correct Doctor Department in Hospital to visit get diagnosed.

 

Also need to get ear checked remove wax prefer under medical supervision rather than massage places. Any honest recommendations please.

If you have had the clotjab I would get a D-Dimer blood test! I have already lost 2 elderly friends within a month of the jab from brain hemorrhage Here in Chonburi!

I am in Pattaya Jomtien. Come from UK in October 2021 via Phuket sandbox. Had two AstraZeneca 

in UK. Unfortunately in December had Pneumonia and was in hospital for a week, ok now but not perfectly fine. It seems Pneumonia has drained my body.

This ENT specialist is very good on 3rd road, hospital by day works this clinic some evenings. Ear hoovering was 600 baht

Not sute why he'd consult an ENT for a pain in the back of the head?
