Thailand cannot stay nuetral in the Ukraine Russian conflict. To not condem Russian and stay silent is tantamount to endorsing Russia's action. Silence is consent. The sign of a weak ineffective government.

We aren't talking about old Ladies getting mugged though , that's a different issue and has no connection with what this thread is about . 

   We are talking  Countries getting involved with other Countries problems and whether they should take sides or remain neutral .

Yes, they rolled over and let Japanese forces transit wherever they wished.  But Thailand also made an official declaration of war against Britain and America in 1942.  After the war they rescinded it, claiming it was a bureaucratic error --- the only country ever to undeclare war.

You missed the point completely. Upholding the sanctions goes a long way to bolster the view your country agrees the war and mass killings are unjustified even if you remain neutral. Look at Switzerland to understand this point.
