A Visa Agent told a friend that Chiang Mai (sometimes, I suppose) refuses to process 90 Day Reports when the Long Stay Visa/Extension was obtained in another Province, stating in that case it should be processed in the Province where it was obtained.

 

Has anyone had that experience with CM Imm?

No

But most offices will want a new TM30 to be submitted to change your address back to your designated office to do a 90 day report,
