Insurgents set fire to school in Yala

Yala - A primary school building was burnt down Thursday night, causing 81 students to have no classrooms to study, police said.

The entire school building of Ban Thung Kha School in Moo 2 Village in Muang district was burnt down, damaging six classrooms.

The insurgents also set fire to the teachers' office in another building, damaging three computers and a satellite receiver for the tele-education project.
