i literally posted an ASEANNow link, you can find it easily

as for error 1010 that can be down to YOUR setup
"A firewall, proxy, a browser plugin or extension may be throwing a false positive. Try visiting the site with a different browser as an alternative way of accessing the site."

you can also find the article on Thaiger
but just keep deluding yourself and pretend reality is not real.

Looks like @JBChiangRai response flew right over your head lol.

Fire (not file) not found, hahahaha.

EV fire 🔥 Tracking - Thailand

1. BYD Seal - Ratchaburi roll-over

2.....

Think we can scratch that one up to 'user error', and they were lucky it wasn't a ruptured petrol fuel tank.

Actually, YOU are the new guy.

That article is not about a fire.  If you care to read the thread from the beginning that was fumes from the air conditioning system with a 12 volt system short.

Try harder!

firefighters were there very quickly, otherwise it could have been much worse
didn't read rest of article after reading "fire" numerous times
EV's do catch fire, that is a fact,
Thailand as usual may be slow to catch up with the rest of the world lol
there is no magic line that prevents them from catching fire here
just the fact they are not as common here is why it is seen less or not yet.

I did say "not accidents",  C+ for effort, F- for accuracy

Your personal agenda is irrelevant when tracking EV fires, but I guess we should have made a definition.

- An EV fire is a fire in an EV, whether caused by technical fault, charging, accident, arson, internal and external reasons.

What is NOT an EV fire?

1. A hybrid vehicle fire is not an EV fire. Even if the hybrid battery explode in a thermal runaway,  it is still not an EV fire.

2. Electric motorcycles, scooters,  bicycles are not counted as EV fires.

3. Electric busses, vans and boats are not counted as EV fires.

EV owners can sleep easy in their bed knowing their car is between 14 and 130 times less likely to catch fire than an ICE car.

(11 to 130 times if you are a numerically challenged dinosaur fuel worker with go faster stickers on your legacy ICE)

Got a link to the study to support your numbers ?

I agree, but also we should only be counting self-igniting fires otherwise it proves nothing on EV battery tech.

I don't see a cherry tree involved in the accident 🤷 . Just like ICE fires, all fires count.

So if I drop my doobie in the car, and it catches on fire, it's an EV fire, even thought the battery didn't even ignite, and was put out swiftly :coffee1:

Saying that ... those insurance numbers, and admittedly, possibly up to 65% of the ICEV fires were thefts / scam claims and intentionally set.   Still the fires per 100k claims are statistically way higher the EV.

That is correct and since you are high your house will also burn down, but that will be classified as a separate house fire.

How do you figure that ?

You posted EV's are 14 and 130 times less likely to catch fire than an ICE car, I asked you for the study that confirmed your numbers.

You failed spectacularly to provide this.

it's really been posted too many times, by myself & others.  The repetitive queries are tiring.  Google is your friend.  Pick a link ...
