You controlled nothing, it ran it's course and is now in decline.

I am still gobsmacked we did not see a post Songkran surge in infections... doesn't make sense. I heard of a couple of relatives of hers and in the village being positive, but statistics say there was not any increase....

Is it... Or, has the media rhetoric changed and people are no longer panicking when they have Covid-19 and are simply staying at home when they catch it and don’t even bother reporting it.

The government wants the numbers to be low.... so they are telling people its ok to stay at home...

So.. people stay at home, the numbers are then lower !

It is amazing what a bit of number fiddling can achieve,  Chonburi figures for Saturday, 432 new cases, 2737 medically administered ATK tests failed, but require a PCR test to be official. My ecperience one in 4 cases being reported as it is a minor cold. So real numbers probably about 10,000 for Chon Buri province. Now nationwide they are reporting 12,745 cases, but 126 deaths, a very high comparative deaths number for 12,745 cases. The reported numbers a a joke but a good excuse to drop all covid requirements, masks, liquor trading etc. Why are they not doing this. It rhythms with pants on fire.

Cheers
