About 132mm of rain fell on Bangkok in four hours last night, causing widespread flooding,

How much of this widespread flooding was in the 15 areas where the flooding problem is supposedly "solved"?

Former Bangkok Governor Aswin Kwanmuang said today (Wednesday) that he has already solved the flood problems in 15 areas of the capital and would address the problems in the remaining 9 areas if he wins the Bangkok gubernatorial election this Sunday.

Did anyone ask the question why he did not resolve it before if it was easy to come up with the plan now ?

When he says he , does he mean somebody new on his team and he is going to take the credit ( and money ) for it ?

Moving the water from one location to flood another doesn't constitute solving the problem.

Hard to line the soi's with boats to push the water out when the soi is not flooded.

He means the water has now drained away until next time..... the word 'solved' is very likely the wrong one to be using!
