Thai woman stabbed by boyfriend on train heading to NE - passenger horror as knife remains in her neck

Sanook Thai Caption: Stabbing on a train

 

Si Khio police boarded the Bangkok - Surin train yesterday at Lat Bua Khao station after a woman was stabbed terrifying other passengers.

 

Rescue services found 31 year old Ratchanok with a fruit paring knife embedded in her neck. She had other stab wounds to her back.

 

Already in the custody of the station master and railway police was Arun, her boyfriend, reported Sanook

Ratchanok was taken to Si Khio Hospital then transferred to Maharat Hospital in Nakhon Ratchasima where the knife would be removed. 

 

Arun told police they were on their way to visit a grandmother. They had a violent argument after he thought she was seeing another man.

 

She had brought the knife with her, he claimed.

 

He was detained and will appear in court today charged with attempted murder.

Seems to be the weapon of choice here judging by the amount of times these knifes are mentioned in stabbings.
