Leaving Thailand on new Non B.

Featured Replies

I’ve recently changed jobs and will be going to Laos next week to apply for a Non B. I will be entering Thailand again on 16th June on the Non B, but I will fly back to my home country on 13th July.

I’ve heard before that you cannot leave the country within the first month of obtaining your Non B, is this still true?

The agent my company is using assured us this rule doesn’t apply anymore and was only used during ‘Covid times’.

You can leave the country within the 90 days a non-b visa allows but you will need a re-entry permit to keep the remainder of the 90 days valid when you enter the country.
