77kaoded reported that a near three meter long king cobra fleeing rain and floods had entered a house in Krabi.

They publish a video of the capture of the venomous serpent in Koh Lanta.

The snake catchers found the creature by a pile of wood. They had to remove the wood and take care in a narrow, darkened room to avoid being bitten.

But after thirty minutes they were successful in removing the 2.5 meter long specimen weighing three kilograms, that was bagged and readied for its return to nature.

The owner said they saw it outside at first but it quickly slithered inside. It was probably escaping the rains and flooding that had yet to disperse.
