Definition Of 'Fully Vaccinated'?

Does anybody know what is meant by being fully vaccinated?

 

Towards the end of last year I had two AZ shots in the UK - which allowed me to apply for the Thailand Pass and enter in January - however I'm not sure if things have now changed and it's actually three shots that are required to be considered fully vaccinated.

About those two shots - Are there any time constraints?

 

I believe the second has to be more than 14 days prior to entry, but what about overall?

 

Is there a maximum time from last shot?

They can both be more than one year prior to entry?

Good question.

I'm also interested as I will be traveling back to Oz later this year.

Similar to many folk the time of my second shot was Oct 19 last year. Over 6 months ago. 

Someone that has traveled recently hopefully will post answer to your question.

My third shot was in October of last year.

My first and second shots were in January and February, so over a year old.

All three appear on the same vaccination certificate.

 

When I applied for the Thailand Pass in May for entry next month, I only listed the first two shots and uploaded the same certificate twice showing three shots.  Pass was approved.

 

I'm wondering about entering government buildings once I arrive.  Doesn't immigration at CW require a vaccine certificate?  If so, do they check the injection dates?

They were asking folk to fill in tick box form.

Do you have a fever? etc.

My local health center says fully vaccinated is 2 shots plus 2 boosters but if you aren't eligible for the second booster yet then 2 shots plus a booster is fully vaccinated.

The OP is asking what is required for travel purposes. 

What health center are you referring to.

Are there any rules about how long since the second shot?  My second shot was late September.  Will return to Thailand late August, so 11 months after second shot.

At this time the requirements for entry do not state anything about how old your previous shots are.

It could change in the future though. I think people should be thinking about getting a booster shot incase it is changed.
