bachelorhood certificate for Thai PR

Featured Replies

I am Thai PR, was married to Thai and Divorced (both marriage and divorce are registered in Bangkok). Now my fiance is also a foreigner living in Bangkok, if we have to register marriage in Bangkok, should I get bachelorhood certificate again from my Embassy? please advice

I would say no need, your Thai divorce certificate should be adequate for Bangkok, if they insist on an "Affirmation of Freedom" from your Embassy it would need to be backed up by your Thai divorce papers.
