Surely they mean 1 million per month in the quarter ? That doesn't sound out the ball park in light of June's figure. However not even the government is expecting it to get back to 3 million per month in 2023, that's 2019 peak levels with the Chinese.

Oh right, mis-read the 1 million, as 10 mil. The .00 at the end must have put me off as I didn't count the zeros lol
