My native tongue is Flemish, I learned French, German and finally English, I guess I can benefit from lessons in modern english grammar,so for all the intelligent people, in not simple english please, what is the meaning of "Wot Ya Reckon" ?

Isn't it that Flemish framing sentences not the same in contrast to Dutch ? Comparable frase of the stated above ?
