Is smoking weed or using Cannabis in Thailand in some form compulsory?

you asked if smoking weed or using cannabis was compulsory. now its about licensing.

Seriously, do you know who Anutin is and his long term involvement with the Cannabis industry. His party is the main reason this "government" is in power.

Seriously ,   Who is Anutin?  and what if any is his connection to the cannabis industry ?  What is the main reason that the current government is in power?   Is it not due to the results of the election?

Well I'm addicted to Pad Krapow Moo Sarp, and that is very popular here in Thailand. But it doesn't get the same amount of mention that this obscure bitter weed is getting.

Partly I'm sure it's being promoted over-enthusiatically IMHO by people on this forum such as Rooster.......

I'm getting a bit bored with the subject..... Never bored with Pad krapow though.
