Hi

Does anyone know how I can register my daughter for the above Thai Health scheme,previously the 30 bt scheme or similar name.

We are based in Pattaya and she has a Thai ID card

Just go to local hospitals (probably Ban Lamung). What address is on her ID card/where is she listed in a tabian ban?

She is registered in Samut Sakhon.

Can it be done on a pink card?

Then she should register at a hospital nearest to her official address in samut sakhon, or her name on the blue book of the place she actually resides and then go to the nearest government hospital to register.

Correct but if that location is not convenient (sounds like she is in Pattaya) and if expect to be in other location for forseeable future should try to change tabian ban listing.

Which is exactly what I said: or her name on the blue book of the place she actually resides and then go to the nearest government hospital to register
