Admittedly the brain, with exceeding variable efficacy (as demonstrated on this forum), can have a faster processing time but this is offset by the faster reaction time and accuracy, reliability and innovation with computer technology. Main reason is because China posts a threat to the hegemony of the West, particularly USA. However, history rolls on and whether we like it or not, the next few decades will be that of Chinas’.
