Has the Ragu Restaurant surfaced anywhere after it closed down in Promenda

Promenada closed while the owner of Ragu was in the UK. I helped Mihail sell the assets to someone and they cleaned it out. Mihail had family matters to attend to and his plan was to sell Ragu and when the mall closed that was that.
