I think you're confusing it with Fox News.  CNN International has comparatively big audiences, even if most are forced to watch it in airports!

Or in a hotel room where the choice of channels are the fashion show from Prague 2007 , Afghanistan v Seychelles in a under 21 cricket game , Indian drama in Punjabi , Bhutan religious services or CNN international

What??? I'm repeatedly told by the MAGA faithful that NOBODY watches CNN so surely your post has to be pure drivel, right?

Fox News delivered an average total audience of 2.116 million viewers in prime time, down just 1 percent from the same period one year ago, according to ratings data compiled by Nielsen. MSNBC was second with 1.295 million viewers (down 2 percent from 2021), while CNN was a distant third in prime with 731,000 viewers—down 15% from one year ago.

Among viewers 25-54, Fox News was first in prime with an average audience of 292,000 viewers (down 13% from a year ago), followed by CNN (159,000 viewers, down 18%) and MSNBC (133,000 viewers, down 22%).

This is from Forbes and Neilson is definitely not MAGA

The reporters from out of country flew in on Thursday and screwed the proverbial pooch on Friday.  Even the Thai press are screaming

Anna Coren, 47, an Australian citizen, and cameraman Daniel Hodge, 34, a British national. T

Both arrived on tourist visas at Swampy according to BP.

You can be a few people in the Aus and US Embassies were busy kissing oral orifices this weekend.

They may get tostay longer than 45 days LOL

That's in the US.  I was talking about CNN International which is what we get in Thailand.

just because cnn is on an airport tv doesn't mean anyone is watching it.

I suspect that three thai police or health dept staff did say ok you can go in but they didn't have that authority as usually happens in thailand.

'Perhaps' someone did not like CNN reporting it, instead of parroting the official government approved press releases. Que up a manufactured, after the fact, law breaking outrage. That said I did like the squawking they had tourist visas, not work visas. A little comedy, in such a dark tragic time.

Thai police arrest CNN reporters accused of violating massacre crime scene

Two members of a CNN media crew have been arrested in Udon Thani for allegedly encroaching at the crime scene of the Nong Bua Lamphu nursery massacre on Sunday.
Australian reporter Anna Coren, 47, who reported from inside the nursery, and her British cameraman Daniel Hodge, 34, have been escorted to Na Klang Police Station, which has jurisdiction over the crime scene.

The arrests came after Uthai Sawan Subdistrict Administrative Organisation president Danaichoke Boonsom filed charges against CNN at Na Klang Police Station.

And perhaps someone got talked to about why CNN was on the site without "supervision"?

Again none of that excuses their Poor Judgement in conducting themselves like they did. Its just all too "acceptable" in Media Coverage now. Its not news anymore its about viewer attention, right or wrong.

They were on Thai TV this evening apologizing, sounded like a prepared speech ,like when drug dealers get caught saying   on camera we are sorry for upsetting the Thai people for what we have done . ect.

If their visas are revoked they will be dealing with the repercussions for a long time. When applying for visas for many countries you are asked if you have ever violated the immigration rules of any country.

The UK, for example, specifically asks if you have ever been deported, removed, required to leave or excluded from any country ever.

Their fault though, so deal with it.

Ah, the smell of desperation at a dying network. They only have themselves to blame, going all left/woke/establishment. And now anything for eyeballs.

I actually just called the local CNN affiliate and told them there're two dead rats and a cat outside the back and they said they'll have a team here in minutes. I told them to hurry or they'll be scooped by OAN.
