The landslide was found this morning (October 17th) on the Chalermprakiat Rama 9 Road (Bypass road). Locals nearby told the Phuket Express that the land started to slide at the Nang Panturat Mountain in Rassada sub-district, Mueang Phuket district since 4:00 A.M. this morning as it was still raining with some water coming down from the hills next to the road. Their houses and workers shelters nearby were damaged from the landslide.
